Google Keep
Basically a digital note taking application, Google Keep keeps your notes with your no matter where you are. Remember the days of Post-It Notes. Google keep is it’s replacement. The beauty of Google Keep is that your notes are saved to your already existing Google account and they synchronize across all of your devices.
Wave Receipts
Wave receipts is an app that allows you to take a picture of your receipts and save them to your accounting information. This app works with the Wave Apps suite of accounting apps and is perfect for both small businesses and individuals looking to get a handle on their spending and ease tax preparation. The good news? It’s FREE. Wave is essentially an accounting service. The best way we can describe it is it’s a mini version of QuickBooks but without all the heavy bloating features.
Google Drive
If you’re like most people, you will have to access a file, picture, or other document when you are away from your home or office. Google drive allows you to store and sync your files with all of your digital devices. You can also edit your documents from all of your devices. The file sharing feature allows you to share your file with anyone, anywhere. Other competitors to Google drive include: OneDrive, DropBox, and SugarSync.
ToDoist
Ever want to create a to do list, get reminders from that to do list, and track your accomplishments. ToDoIst is the perfect app for that. A powerful task manager for personal productivity ToDoIst lets you manage tasks from your inbox, browser, desktop, or mobile device. You can use ToDoIst to collaborate on tasks and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
